Grunt Nutrition is located in Torquay Victoria.
At Grunt Nutrition, We Ship Fast AND FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $150 AND $10 FOR ORDERS UNDER $150. All orders are sent Express Post by Australia Post with Signature on delivery so you receive your Supplements Safe and Fast.
Ordering & Delivery
After choosing to place an order with Grunt Nutrition we are pleased to advise of the following process which takes place during our business hours (8am-5pm Monday-Friday EST/EDST).
1. You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
2. When goods are dispatched from our warehouse you shall receive a further second email advising your delivery has been successfully shipped.
3. Goods shall be packaged in a way which shall prevent product damage during transport.
4. Goods ordered prior to 2pm Eastern Standard Time shall be dispatched same day by Express Post.
5. Goods are predominately air freighted , with delivery extending to all regions of Australia. As a result most of our customers receive their goods next working day, with approximately 95% receiving deliveries within 3 working days. Remote regional areas depending on the exact location may take additional time.
7. For your security, deliveries do require a signature on receipt on all orders. Therefore, delivery should be to an address where someone is available to receive and sign for the goods during business hours. In the event no one is available to receive delivery, a card shall be left advising the package is collectable at the nearest Courier or Australia Post depot.
8. Should you wish for deliveries to be left without signature (i.e. front door etc), this should be noted on your order comments. Grunt Nutrition is happy to oblige with these requests on small order values, however we shall hold no responsibility for any lost or missing deliveries should these unfortunate circumstances occur. All large value orders, which are determined by Grunt Nutrition, for security reasons, may still require a signature regardless of any authority to leave instructions.
Grunt Nutrition, Australia Post will try at all times to follow order and delivery instructions where ever possible. However, there may be extenuating circumstances where the order and delivery instructions may be void. If you are unsure whether your order or delivery instructions can be met, please contact Grunt Nutrition, and Australia Post directly.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Un-opened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product. When we receive your package we will refund you for the full purchase price of your product.
In the event of returning a item there is a mandatory deduction of $10 from your total refund to cover shipping costs or you can return it at your own cost.
Damaged & Incorrect Items: At Grunt Nutrition we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.
Instructions for returning products:
- Contact us on 0408384971 or email@example.com or to let us know that you wish to return the item purchased. Please let us know why so we can rectify any problems in the future.
- You will be instructed to send the item back to us at Grunt Nutrition Po Box 1017 Torquay 3228. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
- Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning.
- Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us.
(If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)
All goods returned to Grunt Nutrition will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of Grunt Nutrition or a refund issued.
